Peter is the Chief Talent & Learning Officer of Jardine Matheson Limited, responsible for Group-wide Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organisation Development & Internal Communication. Prior to joining Jardines, Peter worked in the Middle East for 6 years in senior HR Business Partnering roles for a number of large family conglomerate businesses. Prior to this he held several senior regional and global HR roles over 12 years in Unilever. This included periods heading global HR expertise teams in Performance Management, Talent and Organisation Development. Before becoming an HR professional some 20 years ago, Peter spent 12 years in Management Consulting and 10 years in Finance. Peter has lived in 9 countries and visited or worked in around 80 others.
