Tim MacCartney is a business builder and transformation leader presently charged with the exciting task of introducing CoachHub, the Digital Coaching Platform, to leading organisations in the Asia-Pacific (APJ) region and building a world-class market facing team. Prior to joining CoachHub, Tim led the Korn Ferry 'Digital' HR tech business Senior Client Partner and APAC Regional Director overseeing a disperse team in 12 countries, to introduce and embed KF Digital's workforce transformation and capability enhancement assets. Tim joined Korn Ferry through their late-2019 acquisition of Miller Heiman Group, the world's leading sales performance and technology company, and supported the rebrand and SaaS digitalization of the MHG offerings into the Korn Ferry solution set. As Managing Director at Miller Heiman, Tim was responsible for development & growth across the 60+ strong multi-channel commercial operations across the region, all regional and global marketing efforts and delivery and fulfillment of client transformation projects. Tim has held prior regional general management and sales leadership roles at GlobalData, the fastest growing business intelligence company on LSE, and CEB, now Gartner. In all his leadership roles Tim has successfully scaled products and go-to-market models to regularly achieve double-digit growth. Connecting with people, customers, processes and business change fuels Tim's interest in business hours; outside of work, Tim is a coffee, running and travel-with-kids enthusiast.
