He spent the first third of his career providing IT consulting to companies across industries. The remainder of his career has been focused on outsourcing business functions - including IT, procurement, sales, and learning. He has specialised in corporate learning with an emphasis in learning strategies, learning alignment to business imperatives, learning delivery, learning transitions, and learning governance. Scott earned a BS in Chemistry and MBA in Finance. He resides in Denver, CO where he and his family enjoy the outdoors, cooking and travelling.
