Alvin Goh is the Executive Director of Singapore Human Resources Institute. He has extensive experience in the various aspects of human capital management and transformation. Alvin brings with him more than 15 years of experience from working across various sectors ranging from large local and multinational organisations and government linked agencies in projects across the world and has held senior appointments in various capacity. He was a senior consultant with a highly reputable Human Consulting firm and has held several key senior positions such as Chief of Staff and Chief HR Officer for a regional bank.
