Anish is passionate about unlocking human potential and partnering with business leaders with innovative strategies and solutions. He has worked with reputed brands such as Standard Chartered Bank, Jones Lang Lasalle, GE and currently serves as the Global Head of Talent Management at A P Moller Maersk. In these roles, he has led and developed high-performing multicultural teams in specialist and generalist roles. He brings a global mindset embedded in the Asian context alongside his ability to drive integration and impact. During his career, he has successfully led several initiatives - CEO Development Strategy, Strategic Talent & Performance Management, Leadership Effectiveness, Strategic Workforce Planning, Accelerating Diverse Talent, Digital Learning strategy, and Leadership renewal, to name a few. He is a certified member of CIPD and has Masters in HR. As an accredited CPCC coach, he coaches CEOs and senior leaders. He has received numerous awards and recognitions, such as HR Heroes, Asia Hot List and Top25 Global Thought Leaders. His podcast HumanWorkz focuses on humanising work and upskilling, rated as one of the Top 50 Leadership podcasts. In a non-executive capacity, he is a member of the Digital Committee for the Singapore Institute of Directors.
