He has a proven track record of establishing, transforming, and managing organisational development and leadership frameworks. With a repository of experience of scaling businesses and leading multi-cultural, matrixes, multi-disciplinary teams and a Major (NS) rank in the Singapore Armed Forces, Lawrence presently serves as the Director, Learning and Development Asia at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation.
