With over 20 yrs. of HR experiences in Regional, Leadership, Business Partnering, HR Operations, Recruitment and Employee and Industrial Relations, Dwen currently leads HR team for TCS Singapore & S.Korea. In this role, Dwen is responsible for providing quality HR service including talent acquisition, development, engagement & management, as well as developing and promoting HR initiatives that are aligned with business goals. In her career, Dwen has worked in various MNCs including Sembcorp Engineering, Siemens Automotive, Samsung Asia Pte Ltd and most recently, Shell Eastern Petroleum Pte Ltd. In each of the companies that she has worked in, she has won multiple awards for HR Strategy, Operations and Individual performance. Dwen holds a BA in Business Economics from University of Leicester, England. She is also a subject matter expert in the Collective Agreement Negotiation, local labor law, regulations & Practices. Personally, Dwen is a firm believer in Fitness, Diversity & Inclusion and Continuous Improvement.
