An IIT & IIM alumnus, Sameer Nigam is the Chief Executive Officer at Stratbeans, which provides technology platforms for driving customer success through digital transformation. With over 20 years of extensive experience in strategy formulation and implementation, Sameer has been focused on driving growth and investor returns. As the CEO, Sameer leads the development and execution of long-term business strategies. Over the past decade, he has led many strategic initiatives that have had a positive impact on multiple business areas, driving down costs, increasing revenue, and improving the overall performance of the organization. He is an effervescent thinker who is passionate about enabling digital transformation for enterprises and is constantly working towards empowering companies to champion operational efficiency and customer experience. Under his leadership, Stratbeans has witnessed tremendous growth with an impressive geographical expansion. Besides, he ensures that the company maintains high social responsibility wherever it does business. Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, Sameer worked with GENPACT where he was responsible for managing transition projects of Finance & Accounting functions of large US MNCs in retail, defence, aerospace and engineering sectors. He was also a part of Pre-Sales (solutioning) at Genpact. With TATA Consultancy Services (TCS) Sameer has spent more than 10 years in various geographies ensuring development and management of large projects in several business domains such as Housing, Banking, Finance, Taxation, Hospitality, Insurance, etc. Now, he enjoys training budding entrepreneurs and guiding them through their journey. Sameer received his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Harcourt Butler Technical University Kanpur. Post which, he pursued M.Tech in Laser Technology from IIT Kanpur.
