Sara Yik is Chief Human Capital Officer at the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM). Sara provides overall leadership for transforming SIM’s workforce capabilities, overseeing the Human Resources, Talent Development, Organisation Development and Legal Divisions and is responsible for the Group’s Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) initiatives. Prior to joining SIM, Sara led her own consulting firm focusing on performance transformation and talent development. She was formerly with McKinsey & Company, leading the South-East Asia Organisation Practice and a founding member of the McKinsey Centre for Asian Leadership. She is a lawyer by profession and was Senior Legal Counsel for JTC Corporation. With over 20 years’ experience at CEO and Board levels, Sara has a well-established track record of leading and implementing large-scale performance improvement programs to grow business leaders.
