She has spent most of her career focusing on conflict resolution, change management and leadership development to enable the changes to be successful. She approaches diversity and inclusion with a portfolio approach with a focus on change and leadership approaches. Currently, in her role as Director of Leadership Development for Expedia Group. The focus in developing leaders that drive business results, are focused on creating an inclusive environment and recognize the importance of valuing the uniqueness of individuals and cultures.
