As Gojek’s Head of Global Talent & Leadership Development, Swathi channels her passion for professional growth by supporting Gojek employees across all markets in South & Southeast Asia. She leads a team that drives the design and implementation of customized learning frameworks, processes, and tools to enable all employees to customize and actualize their career aspirations in one of the fastest-growing and most successful tech startups in the region. In partnership with the senior leadership team, Swathi helps craft organizational strategies to facilitate impactful and long-term talent development for a talent pool of GoTroops across the region. Prior to Gojek, she was part of core teams across start-ups and SMEs working on creating a high-performance culture. She also designed and implemented effective development practices and customized learning frameworks as an independent consultant. Swathi started her HR career at Google and Amazon and ventured into the startup world as an early employee of Flipkart and Housing in India. She holds a BSc in Computer Science & Management Studies from The University of Nottingham.
