Patricia is Director, Talent and Organization Development, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging for Asia Pacific at Griffith Foods. She has led talent, organization and leadership development in Asia for over 12,000 employees and in global roles covering Asia, Europe and N. Americas. As Head of Leadership Development for Asia at Sanofi previously, Learning Development and Leadership Development were the top two best performing categories audited by the Top Employer Institute in 2019, 2020 and 2021. At Samsung Asia as Head of Learning, she set up the Learning &Development function and the team, and established the first Samsung Leadership Academy outside of Korea, a 12,000 sq ft campus in Singapore which can host over 400 attendees for Leadership, Sales and Marketing learning programs. Patricia drove the global taskforce for the organization transformation of one of the global business units at HP across Asia, N. Americas and Europe, when she headed learning and development. She was part of the GE Crotonville leadership faculty driving leadership and high potential programs in her early career. Patricia started in management consulting with Accenture and graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University, USA and has an MBA from NTU. She volunteers her time as a youth mentor with Advisory Singapore, and guest speaks at the SGUnited Mid-Career Pathways Programme on talent management by KornFerry Academy. She is married and a happily proud mother to a 16-year-old daughter.
