Joey joined Senoko Energy in 2019 as head of Human Resources & Corporate Services Division. With more than 20 years of professional human resources management experience across Engineering MNCs and Engineering-related government-linked companies, Joey is well versed in employee engagement, industrial relations, talent management, learning and organizational development, compensation and rewards, alignment of HR policy, HR systems, processes improvement and staff welfare administration. At Senoko Energy, Joey also heads the Corporate Communications function.
