Hendri has been helming the leadership role of B.Braun’s Asia Pacific Human Resources for close to 5 years and a member of the Management Board of B.Braun Asia Pacific. He’s based in the regional headquarter in Malaysia. During his service in B.Braun, he has held various HR roles in the transformation of culture across B.Braun Asia Pacific whilst leading the Global Centre of Competence team for Talent, Succession and Performance Management in B.Braun Group. Hendri brings with him over 25 years of experience in the field of Human Resources Management. Born in Indonesia, Hendri received his degree in Human Resources Management & Industrial Relations from Edith Cowan University, Australia. He served various industries in the span of his career in FMCG, medical devices, energy, manufacturing & retail. His functions also provided him with in-depth exposure in various countries like the Middle-east, Africa and Russia, other than his known exertise in the region of Asia Pacific.
