Leading the People & Culture team at Love, Bonito is Lisa Askwith. In her capacity as our Chief People Officer, Lisa spearheads our people and culture strategies, especially in the areas of people development, people experience, talent acquisition, people operations and organisation development. She thrives on the challenge of finding new ways to tackle problems and support growth. Lisa brings with her over 20 years of human resource experience across industries such as retail, consumer, technology and pharmaceuticals, including the last 12 years building and running her own HR consultancy, where she helped companies from multi-billion dollar ventures to start-ups find new ways to tackle challenges and support growth. Most notably, her work with SafeGuard Global (Australia and New Zealand) saw the business grow its client base exponentially, doubling revenue while maintaining the highest staff and customer satisfaction score in their years of business. Lisa is also a mentor at the Founder Institute and a key chairperson at the Executives' Global Network (EGN) Singapore, where she has guided over 70 Singapore-based SMEs to scale both locally and globally.
